After this the cat was kept in a fat camp center where efforts were made to reduce its weight. It was very important to lose weight because the cat could die from being overweight.

Crumbs was kept at an animal weight loss center in Perm, Russia and lost 7 pounds, but suddenly he started having trouble breathing and died on October 26, according to News-X. These tumors were developing on his spleen and other internal organs.

The cat was kept at the Matroskin Cat Shelter. Its founder Galiana Mor says that the tumor had spread to many organs. He said that it would be difficult to tell whether his death was due to excess weight or a tumor. He said that when major multi-organ failure occurs, it is almost impossible to survive. He told that the cat’s tests were normal till 1 week before its death. The cat had become so fat that it could not even walk properly. The cat’s caretakers are deeply saddened by his death.
