Let us tell you that ‘Pule Cheese’ is prepared in ‘Zasavica Special Nature Reserve’ of Serbia. To make it, 60 percent Balkan donkey milk and 40 percent goat milk are mixed and then it is processed. According to the information, to make 1 kilogram of cheese, 25 liters of fresh milk of Balkan donkey is required.

Cheese prepared from donkey milk is one of the most expensive food items in the world. Actually, donkey’s milk does not set easily and for this a secret method is adopted in the nature reserve.
