Even though Shambhu ji’s shop at Gandhi Chowk is of a small room, customers come from far and wide to eat samosas. Every day they sell around 2000 pieces of samosa.
Shambhu Sahni tells that at one time he had a lot of money problems. At that time he took money from his uncle and bought a cart. First started selling tea on that cart. After that Shambhu started selling samosas from a small shop at Gandhi Chowk in Mahua.
Earning Rs 4 thousand every day
He has been selling samosas for 10 years now. Shambhu told that earlier he used to sell samosas at Rs 5 per piece, but due to rising inflation, he has been selling samosas at Rs 8 per piece for the last 2 years. Along with samosa, he also serves delicious chutney to the people. About 2000 pieces of samosa are sold every day. Shambhu earns Rs 4000 per day from this. Two staff have also been hired for cooperation.
