These are the traitor kings of Indian history, who opened the way for foreigners.

In Indian history, there were five traitor kings who not only made other kings face defeat by betraying them, but because of their betrayal, the Mughals and the British ruled the country for almost two hundred years. So today let us know about five such traitor kings.

Whenever there is talk of betrayal, the names of these kings come to mind
In our country, whenever there is talk of betrayal, suddenly the names of some kings come to mind. Who, due to his greed, betrayed and defeated other kings, although the British did not give him any reward for his betrayal, rather many kings had to pay the punishment for their mistake with their death. ="text-align: justify;">Jaichand
Whenever the name of King Prithviraj Chauhan appears in the pages of history, the name of a traitor king is also taken along with his name. That is Jaichand. Actually, the throne of Delhi had gone to King Prithviraj Chauhan, due to which Jaichand was unhappy. Besides, his daughter Sanyogita was also taken away from Sanwar by Prithviraj Chauhan. Due to which Jaichand was very angry. In such a situation, he thought of taking revenge and when Mohammad Gauri attacked Delhi, Jaichand supported Mohammad Gauri. Although once Prithviraj Chauhan had won the war with Mohammad Gauri, the second time he lost to Mohammad Gauri due to the betrayal of Jaichand. However, after winning the war, Mohammad Gauri also killed Jaichand.

Mansingh
As much as there are discussions about who is greater between Prithviraj Chauhan and Maharana Pratap, there are equally many discussions about Mansingh and Jaichand, who betrayed both of them. At that time, when Maharana Pratap was wandering from door to door and was surviving on grass-fed bread to liberate the country, Mansingh was planning to defeat Maharana Pratap by supporting the Mughals. When there was a war between Maharana Pratap and the Mughal army, Mansingh not only supported the Mughals but also became their commander. However, later Maharana Pratap punished Mansingh for his betrayal by killing him.

Mir Jafar
Whenever there is talk of treason, Mir Jafar’s name is taken first. Mir Jafar had presented such an example of betrayal that his mansion itself became known as ‘Namak Haram ki Haveli’. Mir Jafar was the commander of Siraj-ud-Daula. He was greedy to become Nawab. Due to which he joined the British and stabbed his own Nawab in the back. After which he sat on the throne of Nawab and gave the British a chance to expand their foothold in India in the form of the East India Company. After this, the foundation of British rule in India was laid and the name of Mir Jafar started being taken as the biggest traitor.

Maharaja Narendra Singh
The name of Raja Narendra Singh of Maharaja of Patiala is also taken among the traitors. In the revolution of 1857, the Sikhs started the rebellion against the British. Raja Narendra Singh had greatly supported the British in suppressing this rebellion of the Sikhs. Narendra Singh provided all the things to the British so that the Sikh movement could be suppressed. King Parvateshwar (whom the Yavanas called Porus) was a rival king, whose kingdom was to the east of Jhelum. He was jealous of Porus. At the same time, Ambhi was also a coward, that is why he willingly accepted the subordination of Alakshendra and by betraying Porus, he supported Alakshendra in the war against him.
