Recipe to make Rice Paper Momos
To make Rice Paper Momos, first finely chop all the vegetables like cabbage, onion, carrot.
Now add salt, oregano and ginger-garlic paste to these vegetables and mix them well.
After this, keep the rice paper soaked in water for 10 seconds.
After 10 minutes, put the vegetable masala on the rice paper and give shape to the momos.
Now place the momos in a mesh vessel for steaming.
Take out these momos after some time.
Your rice paper momos are ready. If you want, you can eat them without chutney also.
Recipe for making chutney
To make the chutney for momos, put water to boil in a vessel.
After this, add tomato, red chilli, green chilli, garlic, ginger and salt in boiling water and cook it.
Now put all these in a grinder and grind them.
After this, put oil in a pan and add garlic seasoning.
After this, put the grinded chutney in it and add sugar to it and mix it well.
The chutney is ready. Now serve it with momos.
