The Health Ministry has clearly said that it is very important to stay safe from heatwave. Because due to heat one feels nervous and it is very important to keep the body cool. Keep yourself hydrated and drink as much water as possible. Drink as much water as possible to keep yourself fit in summer. Wear cotton clothes. Stay at home or in cool places. If a person becomes unconscious during this period, do not give him water to drink immediately.
What do experts say?
According to health experts, if a person becomes unconscious in the heat, then do not make the mistake of giving him water immediately because he faces a lot of difficulty in drinking water. Water can go into the lungs instead of the stomach. This can cause a lot of difficulty in breathing.
When water enters the lungs, you can become a victim of pneumonia. When a person is unconscious, any liquid like water is given wrongly due to which the balance of electrolytes in the blood stream gets disturbed. In this, heart related problems start.
