What is the recipe for sweet Gujiya?
Anmol Sahu says that to prepare it, the flour is first touched well. Then khoya is added to it and cooked well on low flame. After this, it is immersed in sugar syrup (Sakin), so that the sweetness is filled inside. Then it is dried out and dried.
