People come from far and wide to see this house and also when people pass through this house, they look at this house carefully. This house is near Ramdayalu station in Gannipur of the city. This house is the center of attraction in the area. Its special thing is that this house also withstands many earthquake shocks. At the same time, people also call this house a sign of love because when the owner of the building, Santosh Kumar, got married in the year 2005, he gifted the land to his wife as a gift. After that this house was built and within no time this house became very viral.
Dr. Santosh Kumar, the owner of Ajube Ghar, told Local 18 that when I got married in 2005, after marriage people give something to their wife, usually gold, silver, jewellery, all this is given. I had a different thinking with which I presented this 3 acres of land to my wife which is 6 feet wide and 45 feet long. When the wife’s friend called and asked what was found, she said that land papers were found, at that time everyone made it a laughing stock.
Such a strange name
Suddenly one day I tried to get its map made, thought that when the land is given then let’s build the house also. But engineers were not ready for this. The land remained lying like this for 7 years, then one day I sat down with pen and paper and prepared a map. He took that map and showed it to the Municipal Corporation, then they said how will this be passed, we said pass the commercial. After which the map was passed. After two and a half years, the house started being built, even during construction it was raised from 30 feet below so that it would never be in danger. This building has suffered major earthquake shocks. When the earthquake occurred in 2015, many buildings had cracks and many had collapsed. There used to be earthquakes 4 to 5 times a day for 5-6 consecutive days, but despite this, nothing happened to this house. Then within no time it caught the attention of many people from social media and people started making videos of it and sharing it and this video started going viral. Within no time this house became famous by the name of Ajooba Ghar.
