The valley of Gupta Sweets House of Bhakatol Bazar in Mau district of Purvanchal is so famous that its demand is not only in Mau, but also till Banaras, Gorakhpur and Mumbai.
Talking to Local 18, Gopi Gupta says that this shop is about 30 years old and is the most famous dish valley of his shop, which is made from gram flour of gram.
How to make valley
Gram gram flour is first made to create a gram valley, after that the maida is well ventured. Then this valley is prepared by mixing onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, cumin and special masala made with their father’s hands in gram flour.

Gopi says that the valley starts to be built here from 8 am and sells till 7 pm. The demand for their valley is so much that people are crazy about not only of Mau, but also in Banaras, Gorakhpur and Mumbai.

Every week the valley is sent to big cities like Gorakhpur and Mumbai. It takes three people to build a valley here. If we talk about the price, then the valley gets Rs 6 per piece in them, whereas in this era of inflation, the valley is available everywhere for 10 rupees.
