The owner of Jain Pavitra Chhach Bhandar told that the special reason for his taste is his home-made desi butter, which he serves here by applying it on bread. To enhance its taste, they put black salt and roasted cumin on bread butter. When asked about buttermilk, he told that they come here and make cold and fresh buttermilk. In which they add black salt, white salt, and roasted cumin to enhance the taste even more. He said that he does not put much in it and tries to keep it very simple.
