At this place you will get fresh kebabs of chicken and mutton. At the same time, more than a dozen types of spices are used in it. For this reason their taste becomes excellent.

Kebab lovers are drawn to the new market. People eating kebabs start gathering here after 3 pm. Although earlier there used to be only one shop here, but seeing the rush of customers, many people have opened kebab shops. Kebab or seekh kebab is available in different quality everywhere. The shopkeepers here make sales of Rs 8 to 10 thousand in a day. During this period they make a profit of about Rs 3000 thousand.
Spices enhance the taste of kebab
Shopkeeper Sakil Hasan told that the secret of the taste of kebab and seekh kebab is a dozen spices. To make it, chicken, coriander leaves, mint, green chilli, roasted onion, coriander powder, red chilli powder, gram flour, lemon, butter, egg, ginger and garlic paste, salt, garam masala, oil and curd are used. All this is prepared in house itself. The rate of kebab starts from Rs 40 to Rs 150. Here you will get a taste like the kebab found in Jama Masjid area of Delhi.
