Shopkeeper Sahil told that this shop is about 50 years old. Many types of special biscuits are available in Bikaner during winter. These include Jaggery/Bajra Biscuit, Barley/Oats Biscuit, Celery Biscuit, Multi Grain Biscuit and Flour Biscuit. Among these, jaggery and millet are available at Rs 240 per kg, barley/oats at Rs 280 per kg, celery at Rs 180 per kg and multi-grain at Rs 280 per kg. Biscuits from here are also supplied throughout the country. Apart from this, many people also send it outside.
Biscuits can be made in an hour
Sahil tells that it takes one hour to make this biscuit. Ghee, sugar, flour, milk, flour or maida are used in these. Butter is also added to many biscuits. Currently we make 10 kg winter biscuits every day. Apart from this, 100 kg biscuits are made daily.
