Apart from being very tasty to eat, it is also very beneficial for the body. Kapil Sharma explains that to make Carrot Pak, first of all milk khova is made in a big pan. And after that carrots and khova are cooked. Mix well and keep the khova carrot mixed in the pan for about 3 to 4 hours.
When these are mixed well and the carrots are completely mixed, then desi ghee and sugar as per taste are added to it. And after that it is kept to cool for one to one and a half hours. When it cools down properly, it is put into small trains to freeze. After that, it is cut into small pieces and sent to the market.
