Dhaba operator Sonu Singh said that in this dhaba, every effort is made to ensure that whoever comes here leaves satisfied. The person coming here is not a stranger or a traveler. Rather, they consider themselves as their guests and serve them wholeheartedly as if they were their own family. Sonu told that this dhaba remains open 24 hours. People come here from far and wide. The biggest thing is that most of the people of Maharajganj get their food packed from here. About 60 to 70 packets of food are parceled from here in a day. Items ranging from veg to non-veg are available here.
Rs 10,000 are saved every day
Sonu told that many people come and stay here from 8 pm to 4 am and eat food. More than 100 people come here in a day and eat food. If someone has to stay for a few hours at night, arrangements have also been made for that. Along with food, tea is also available here. Sonu told that this dhaba makes a profit of about Rs 10 thousand in a day.
Sonu told that he has studied MBA from Punjab University. He told that it is the responsibility that whatever food is served to the people, it should be liked and also beneficial for health. Another specialty of this dhaba is that feedback about the food is also taken from the people coming here. If someone points out some deficiency, then keeping it in mind, efforts are made to remove that deficiency.
