Materials
– Take rice in 1 glass or cup
– Soak it in water for 5 minutes
– Take 1 packet or two bowls of cold curd
– 1 chopped cucumber
-Take chopped carrots and curry leaves
– Mustard, cumin and coriander leaves
– Oil

How to make yummy tadka wala curd rice
– To make this, first you have to cook rice. Cook the soaked rice in a pressure cooker. Apart from this, you can also use the leftover rice from last night.
– After this, take out curd in a bowl and add chopped cucumber and carrot in it.
– After this, put the cooked rice in this bowl and mix it well.
– Now you can add chaat masala and salt.
– Now place the pan on the gas and pour some oil in it.
– When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and roast them.
– Put all these in a bowl containing curd rice.
