This incident happened when the girl was walking to her job at around 9 in the morning, when a young man riding a bicycle passed an indecent comment on her near Ketan Gate and passed by the girl at high speed and took out his bicycle.

He immediately stopped a pedestrian riding a bike on the way and narrated the entire incident. Asking for help, he said that he had to chase the young man riding a bicycle.
