But these days two youths of Haryana have made people crazy. Both the brothers make Jalebi by setting up a roadside stall, but big sweet shops are proving to be a failure in front of their taste.

Both the brothers prepare jalebi together on the chulha itself. To eat this delicious Jalebi, one has to come to Pachna Road of the district headquarters. Where you will get to eat delicious Jalebi. The special thing is that because of the flavor of Jalebi prepared on the wood stove, people eat it with great enthusiasm.

The taste of Jalebi of two brothers of Haryana is tremendous
Sagar told that for the last two years, along with his brother Amit, coming from Haryana, he is feeding delicious jalebis to the people of Lakhisarai. Sagar told that once he had come to Bihar for a tour, only then a feeling arose in his mind that why not feed the people delicious Jalebi. After this, he called his brother Amit and started selling handcarts on the roadside in Pachna Road. In the beginning there were less sales. After this, when people started liking the taste, people started coming to eat Jalebi.

Sale of 25 kg daily
Right now up to 25 kg Jalebi is being sold daily. On the other hand, rice flour and maida are used to make Jalebi. Sugar, coconut powder and cardamom powder are used in sugar syrup. Due to which the taste of Jalebi gets enhanced. There is a demand for Jalebi among the people due to the making of Jalebi on the wooden stove.

Earning seven lakhs annually by selling Jalebi
Sagar told that both the brothers prepare jalebi together. Sagar told that about 25 kg of Jalebi is sold daily. They feed one Jalebi for five rupees. At the same time, they earn seven lakhs annually from this stall. The shop remains open from 11 am to 8 pm. On the other hand, Ram Khelawan Paswan, who came to eat Jalebi, told that the taste of Jalebi is excellent. After eating himself, he is buying jalebis for the family.
