While talking to the team of Local 18, Simran Sahni, the owner of this shop, told that his father started this shop in 1985 with a small stall, which has now turned into a very big restaurant. He told that when his father started making burgers, there were no outlets of any other burger company in Delhi.
More than 500 burgers are sold
His father was very interested in cooking from the very beginning and he used to try different things. When his father started a small stall, he used to send only burgers but today, apart from burgers, momos, sandwiches, ice cream, coffee, cutlets and garlic bread are also included in the menu list of his shop. Let us tell you that they sell more than 500 burgers in a day.
Know the specialty of burger
Simran told that everything from bread to patties and spices used in the burger is prepared at home, which makes their burger different from others. You will find 15 types of burgers at their shop, which include both veg and non-veg. When they started their shop, they used to get a burger for ₹12, but today a veg burger is available for ₹105. You can order online from their shop through Swiggy and Zomato.

Customer Rajat who came to his shop said that he comes from Ashok Vihar specially to eat his burgers and he has been a regular customer of his shop since 18 years. He says that the taste of burgers like his cannot be found anywhere else in Delhi.
