Why is Alphonso mango special?
Alphonso mango contains enzymes that help in digestion. It also contains high amounts of potassium and magnesium. Alphonso mangoes are extremely sweet, but the fat content in them is less than 1 percent, so you can eat these mangoes without hesitation as you will not gain weight after eating them.
