It is made from cashew nuts and peanuts. It is so soft that it dissolves as soon as it is put in the mouth. It looks very simple but its taste is amazing. Rewari is a type of dry sweet which comes in the category of Gajak and Chikki. But it is called brittle because of its softness. To make this, first of all jaggery syrup is made, after this it is cooled, dry fruits are added, mixed in a pan and prepared in small pieces by hand. After that small peanuts and cashew nuts are mixed in it.

If we talk about its rate, its rate starts from ₹200 to ₹300 per kg. It is more beneficial for health than sweets. Jaggery is used in it, hence sugar patients and people who are conscious about their weight can also use it in limited quantity. However, if your sugar level is high then do not eat this or any sweet item.

Shopkeeper Saksham Vaishya says that he has been doing the work of making bhurbhuri for a long time. It is made for two to three months in the winter season. It is very tasty to eat and starts melting as soon as it is put in the mouth. Jaggery is made by mixing peanuts and cashew nuts. Anyone can eat it whether it is a child or an elderly person. In winter, people use more sweetness made from jaggery, hence the demand for Bhurbhuri remains in the entire district as well as the surrounding districts.
