Near the Dalsinghsarai-Rosra main road of Samastipur, there is Mahadev Math, where you can get Kachari and Pakora made from urad dal. Which looks quite tasty to eat. Shopkeeper Chandan Kumar tells that here garbage is made by mixing more than 10 things. In this, a mixture of gram dal, masoor dal, urad dal and various spices is prepared. After this it is filtered in pure mustard oil. Due to which it tastes like home. People even wait to eat it. 3000 pieces of garbage are easily sold here every day. Here you will get to eat pakoda for just 1 rupee per piece.

Shopkeeper Chandan Kumar tells that gram dal, moong dal and vamsoor dal are soaked in water overnight. Then it is ground in the machine the next day. After this, ginger, garlic, cumin, chilli, celery, mangrela etc. are mixed in it and fried in pure mustard oil. After being fried it is given to the customers. Its taste is so tasty that people buy dal pakoda and kachari from our place every day. 3000 pieces of garbage are easily sold every day. Customer Arvind says that he has been coming to eat pakodas at their place for the last 2 years. Since it is very tasty to eat, it is also packed and taken home.
