Varun Gurjar, owner of Dhanroop Dairy, said that everyone knows how beneficial milk is for our health. But when milk is boiled for hours in an iron pan, its taste increases even more. Not only this, we add saffron and dry fruits to milk which doubles its taste. Here 100 to 150 liters of milk is sold daily in winter. Talking about the price, a glass of saffron and dry fruit mix milk is given for Rs 25.

Ayurvedic doctor Chandresh Tiwari said that consuming saffron milk daily provides many benefits to the body. Medicinal properties are found in saffron. Apart from this, properties like calcium, iron, vitamin C, phosphorus, vitamin B6, thiamine, folate, magnesium and copper are found in saffron, which can help in protecting the body from many diseases. Apart from this, it is advisable to consume saffron milk even during pregnancy. There are many students who have problem of sleeplessness, then consumption of saffron milk can be beneficial for them. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties are found in saffron, which can help in keeping the digestive system healthy.
