Stall owner Rajkumar told Local 18 that these burulas are prepared from small potatoes. He has been running a Barule stall in Aligarh for the last several years. Also, if anyone tastes the Barula here once, he definitely comes to the shop to eat it a second time.
Barulas are served with special chutney
Rajkumar, who sells burulas, said that he serves small potato burulas with special chutney. Chutney is made from many types of spices. The Barulas are immediately fried and served to provide hot Barulas to the customers. In Aligarh, this stall of Baruls is placed at the Mahal crossing, one of the main intersections of Aligarh. Whereas the timing is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The price of Barule is Rs 50 for half a kilo and a plate for Rs 20. At the same time, there is a crowd of people eating Barula at the stall.
There is a crowd of taste lovers
Jitendra Bhardwaj, a customer who came to eat Barule, said that he has been coming here regularly for the last 6 months to eat Barule. The burulas here are amazing. Apart from them, there is a crowd of people eating Barula here. The most special thing about this Barula is that chutney and chaat masala are poured over it. This doubles the taste of Barula.
