Haji Wahid Ali Limited used to make Shami Kebab and Biryani in 1911 and he used to come from Aminabad to Kaiserbagh to sell. He told that this shop is more than 100 years old and is famous for its excellent taste.

Faizan Shekhawat says that even today he is carrying forward the legacy given by his grandfather. Special spices are used in everything made in his restaurant, which is his special recipe. In this, special spices ground in Shilbatta are used and various types of herbs and rose flowers are mixed in it. Whereas, food is cooked only on coal and wood flame and some items are stewed. Due to which the local taste is felt.

Different items are made according to the day
Faizan told that the specialty of his restaurant is that different items are made here depending on the day. On Friday, items like Shami Kebab, Mutton Kebab, Pasnada Kebab and Khatti Fish are prepared, while on Sunday, items like Kaleji Methi are prepared. Haji Saheb has been making different items every day since time immemorial and he started making new items as a hobby, which people liked a lot. After which this thing has been running smoothly since his time.

Received many awards for taste and quality
Faizan told that his grandfather and father have received many awards for the taste and quality of their food. The first award was given in 1911 during the British rule and this trend has continued since then. Even today, he continues to receive some award for his food.

A person eating kebab told that he has been eating here since the time when Shami kebab was for 50 paise and Rumali roti was for 5 paise. This is a restaurant where we get the taste which pleases the tongue, and The special thing is that every item in this restaurant has a different taste which we cannot find anywhere else these days.
