Ram Singh said that he came to Kota 25 years ago from Udaipur’s Nathdwara in search of employment and started with a pav bhaji stall and gradually my pav bhaji became so famous inside Kota that people from far off places came to buy it. Come to eat masala pav bhaji. Ram Singh has such magic in his hands that enhances the taste of pav bhaji and also gives special pulao. Ram Singh, who came alone from Udaipur 25 years ago, has a shop in posh areas like Jawahar Nagar of Kota, where in the evening there is a crowd for Masala Pav Bhaji and Pulav.
Started traveling alone 25 years ago
Ram Singh started his journey alone 25 years ago and today the whole family is engaged with him. Ram Singh’s brother and nephew also help him at Shrinathji’s Pav Bhaji shop. So the same 2-3 people have also been given employment to Ram Singh. Ram Singh told that he himself prepares the spices used in Shri Nathji’s Pav Bhaji and Pulav. The spices prepared from them enhance the taste of Bhaji and Pulao. Spicy bhaji with butter and crispy toasted masala pav, top with some chopped onions and a piece of butter in bhaji as well as garlic onion chilli chutney.
The interesting thing is that where there are pav bhaji stalls in dozens of places in the city, you can eat pav bhaji anywhere. But you have to wait the whole day to eat Shri Nathji’s famous masala pavbhaji and pulao. Hundreds of people come from far and wide from 6 pm to 10 pm. Here the price of one pavbhaji is 80 rupees for 1 plate. On the other hand, 200 to 300 people come to eat Pav Bhaji every day, due to which their monthly income is Rs.6 to 7 lakhs.
