This small samosa weighs only 25 grams and it contains all the characteristics of traditional samosas. But its size is so small that it ends in a byte. Giving information, shop owner Sachin says that my name is Sachin. This shop was started by my grandfather Jwala Prasad, which has been more than 50 years. For the last 25 years, I have been handling this shop. The youngest one and a half inch samosas are prepared here. The price of which is ₹ 2 samosa per ₹ 2 and in weight it is about 25 grams of samosa. Potatoes and flour are used to prepare these samosas. Also, good quality spices are added to it. Due to which their taste is better. The process of making these samosas is the same as other large size samosas are made. At our shop, 3 to 4 artisans work to make it and about 5 thousand to 6 thousand samosas are prepared daily. Which are sold in a single day by evening.
Sachin further said that if we talk about the taste of the smallest samosas made by us, people like it very much. That is why people are also given good response by people. The samosas prepared here have more taste than other samosas. While the sauce is not given with our samosas here. Still, they are very tasty to eat. These small size samosas can be called the world’s smallest samosa. And this samosa is not prepared anywhere other than us.
