The Tibetan dish prepared from flour is called Phale. Which is eaten with tea.

In Pachahatti locality of Bodh Gaya, more than 300 local people are busy making shovels. With this they get a job. This roti is sold a lot during the tourist season and the price of this roti ranges from Rs 10 to Rs 15 per piece. Which is prepared from flour. To prepare Phala, flour is mixed with sweet soda and kneaded at night. Then the next day, yeast is mixed, rolled into the shape of roti and baked on a big iron tawa.
