Shibu Sah told that gram flour of gram dal is used to make Ghimar. To make Ghimar, first mix gram flour and gram dal well in water and keep it for three hours. After this, Ghimar is fried in a small pan with hot oil. After this it is taken out and dipped in sugar syrup. When the sugar juice completely dissolves in the ghimar, it is taken out and served to the people. It is very tasty to eat. Shibu Sah told that Ghimar is made from 5 pm to 10 pm. A large number of people come here to eat Ghimar. It is fed to people at the rate of Rs 15 per piece.

This sweet is quite popular in this area which is not seen in other areas. More than 100 Ghimars are sold daily. He told that this business has been going on from ancestors. This sweet has been made for generations, but the taste still remains intact. Up to Rs 1500 are sold daily. The income earned from this helps in maintaining the family.
