Later he came to Palamu and started running a shop. Gradually people started liking its taste. Now its popularity has increased so much that people come from 50 kilometers away to taste it. The people of the city have now become accustomed to this Jalebi. Mumal Kumari said that hot Jalebi is served to the people here. People eat it with great enthusiasm during cold days.

160 rupees per kg jalebi
Mumal Kumari told that the price of Jalebi is Rs 160 per kg and 250 grams is given for Rs 40. Talking about pieces, 4 jalebis are given for 10 rupees. Most people buy 250 grams of Jalebi from here. The demand for this Jalebi remains throughout the year. He told that every day his earning is around Rs 1000 to 1500. Jalebi is sold the most on Sunday.

This is how it is prepared
He told that Jalebi is prepared in a special way. For this, the solution is prepared by mixing 3 liters of water in 5 kg flour. After this it is left for 24 hours. After that the jalebi is fried in oil. Immediately after frying, it is dipped in sugar syrup. After this, coconut shavings are sprinkled on it at the end. Due to this the taste of Jalebi becomes very special.
