Even today, people have been setting up chaat carts at Birla Mandir on Mathura Vrindavan Road for years. The chaat here is so famous that people come here from far and wide to eat it. This chaat cart has been running for 65 years. Grandfather, now the third generation is running it. If we talk about Bhudev Saini Chaat Bhandar, then this chaat is different. The potato tikki here is delicious and tasty in itself. People travel hundreds of kilometers to eat the tikki here. The taste of the tikki here is on people’s tongues. Shop owners Rajendra and Uttam said that we have been doing this work very well for 65 years. Earlier the rate of potato tikki was ₹ 10. Now due to inflation, potato tikki is given at the rate of ₹ 40 per plate. He said that 200 plates are sold every day. Grandfather started this work. Now the third generation i.e. we are doing this work. While making potato tikki, we take care of cleanliness. We use homemade spices to make tikki.

A young man named Raman who came to eat potato tikki said that the tikki here is very crispy and tasty. I have been eating tikki here for 2 years. Eating just one plate of potato tikki fills my stomach. The potato tikki here does no harm. These people take special care of cleanliness.
