Ingredients for making curry leaves chutney
To make curry leaves chutney, take 2 ½ cups curry leaves, 10-15 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin, ¼ teaspoon white sesame seeds, 2 teaspoons chili flakes, 2 teaspoons dry mango powder, 2 teaspoons oil, ½ cup peanuts, ¼ teaspoon asafoetida. Take ¼ teaspoon grated coconut and salt as per taste and water as per requirement. Let us now know its recipe.

Curry leaves chutney recipe
To make curry leaves chutney, first separate the curry leaves from their stems and wash them thoroughly. Then spread them on a dry clean cloth and let the water drain out. Now heat oil in the pan and add curry leaves and roast them. When they become crispy then turn off the gas. Then heat oil in the pan, add asafoetida to it, add peanuts and fry. Then add garlic, cumin and white sesame seeds and roast all these things on low flame. When the color of the peanuts starts turning golden brown, turn off the gas. Then add dry mango powder, coconut, salt and chili flakes and stir.
When it cools down, put it in the mixer jar. Along with this, put the roasted curry leaves in the jar and add water as per requirement and grind everything until it becomes coarse. Your curry leaves chutney is ready. If you want, you can also grind it dry by avoiding water. You can store the dry chutney in an air tight container and enjoy it whenever you want.
