Ingredients for Suji Pizza
for batter
Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste

for topping
Grated mozzarella cheese – 5 tbsp
Capsicum chopped – 1
Tomato chopped – 2-3
Corn – 2 tbsp
Chopped olives – 2 tbsp
Chili flakes – 1/4 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/4 tsp
Onion chopped – 2

for pizza sauce
Tomato sauce – 1/4 cup
Chili sauce – 1 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp

How to make Semolina Pizza
To prepare pizza from semolina, first take a big mixing bowl and mix semolina and a little salt in it. Now add a cup of buttermilk to the semolina and mix it well. Curd can also be used instead of buttermilk. Now prepare the solution by pouring half a cup of water in the bowl. Now keep this batter aside for 15 minutes, so that semolina can absorb all the moisture.
Now prepare pizza sauce and for that put tomato sauce, chili sauce, mixed herbs and chili flakes in a bowl and mix it well with the help of a spoon and keep it aside. After this, take the semolina batter and mix it again with a spoon. After this, add one-fourth cup of water to the semolina batter and reduce the thickness of the batter as needed.

Now put a nonstick griddle on the gas and heat it on medium flame. After the griddle is hot, put some oil on it and spread it. Now take semolina batter in a bowl and pour it on the griddle and prepare a round base. Keep in mind that the base to be spread on the griddle should be thick. Now cook it until the semolina base is completely cooked from below. After this, put a spoonful of oil on the edges and flip it.

After cooking for some time, spread pizza sauce over the base. Put grated mozzarella cheese on it and spread it well. Then add chopped onions, tomatoes, olives, capsicum and corn kernels.
