Condensed milk – 3/4 cup
Vinegar – one and a half tablespoon
Refined oil – 1/4 cup
Liquid red food color – 2 tsp
Venla essence – one and a half teaspoon
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Cold heavy cream – as required

Heart Shaped Red Velvet Cake
Heart shape red velvet cake is best for Valentine’s Day. To make this, first take a heart shaped mold. Now apply oil in it and keep it in a pan on medium flame for heating. Keep the mold covered for 10 minutes to preheat. After this you have to prepare the cake batter. For this, first of all add condensed milk and refined oil in a big bowl and beat it well.

After getting creamy texture, add flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and baking soda, mix well and filter it through a strainer. After this, add this mixture little by little to the condensed milk texture and mix well while adding milk. Now a smooth batter will be ready. There should not be any lumps or bubbles in the batter otherwise the cake will not become fluffy. After the batter is ready, add red food color to it and mix it well. At the end, add vinegar to it.

By now your mold should be well heated. Pour all the batter in the cake mold and cover the pan for 40 to 50 minutes. After the time is over, check whether the cake is done or not by inserting a knife or toothpick. If the cake is raw then it will stick to the knife. If this has been done, the knife will remain completely clean. Just turn off the gas and leave it to cool.
Prepare sugar syrup like this
Meanwhile you can prepare sugar syrup. To make this, first take three spoons of water and mix one spoon of sugar in it. Prepare sugar syrup. Add this syrup to heavy cream and mix it well with the help of a blender or beater. Until it becomes completely creamy texture. Now cut a thin layer of the cake and separate it. Crush it finely and keep it aside. After this, divide the remaining cake into two equal parts. Now apply cream between these two parts. After placing both the layers one above the other, apply sugar syrup on it. After this, apply the cream well on the cake and cover the cake.

You can decorate the cake in your own way. If you want, make a zig-zag design with the help of a cooking blade and then make a design on the cake with the help of a piping bag. Now put the crushed cake pieces on it. Now keep it in the fridge for 3 hours to set. Your heart shape cake is ready.
