A mother, son and another person were shot dead while measuring land in Mohammad Nagar area of Malihabad on Friday afternoon. The woman’s husband was also injured by the bullet during the firing. The real uncle of the deceased woman has been accused of murder. At present police officers are present at the spot and investigation is being done.
Farheen (35), resident of Mohammadnagar, Malihabad, was having a dispute with his uncle Lallan regarding land. In the said case, on Friday both the parties were busy measuring the land. During this time there was a dispute between the two parties. It is alleged that people from Lallan’s side started firing indiscriminately. During the firing, Munir (55), his son Hanjal (16), Farheen and her husband Farid were shot.

There was panic due to sudden firing. Munir, Farheen and Hanjal died on the spot due to bullet injuries. After the incident, all the accused ran away from there. After receiving the news of murder of three people in broad daylight, DCP West Rahul Raj and other officers also reached the spot. Farid, who was seriously injured by the bullet, has been admitted to the Trauma Center for treatment. At present police officers are present at the spot and investigation is being done.
