Tiger 3 Review: Salman Khan goes out to save his in-laws on Diwali, Shahrukh Khan’s entry and Katrina are number 1

New Delhi: Salman Khan has brought a Diwali gift for the audience in the form of ‘Tiger 3’ with Katrina Kaif. This story of Indian spy Tiger and Pakistani spy Zoya has entertained the audience twice. Now Emraan Hashmi has come to clash with Tiger and Zoya in the third installment. This has been the most superhit franchise of Yash Raj Production’s Spy Universe. YRF’s ‘Pathan’ has also earned a lot this year, so Aditya Chopra will hope that his ‘Tiger’ also entertains the audience a lot. To know what new Tiger and Zoya have brought in Tiger 3 and how much the audience is going to like ‘Tiger’s personal fight’ this time, you will have to read this review further.

First of all, if we talk about the story of the film, we know that Indian spy Tiger (Salman Khan)’s wife Zoya (Katrina Kaif) has been a Pakistani agent and now both of them also have a son. This time Tiger’s enemy is the old chief of Pakistani ISI, Aatish Rehman (Emraan Hashmi), who wants to remove the Wazir-e-Azam i.e. PM of Pakistan, end democracy and bring dictatorship and himself wants to become the PM of Pakistan. To fulfill his plan he uses Tiger and Zoya. But now Tiger is trying to save this attack on Pakistan’s PM. That means, the Tiger who saves his country every time, this time you will be seen saving his in-laws.

The first half of the film disappoints
There is a lot of excitement among people for the ‘Tiger’ franchise, this is clear. The first show of this film in Noida was at 7 am and even in the rosy winter of Delhi, the crowd seen in the show on the day of Diwali tells that people have been waiting for this film a lot. You will get to see a lot of locations in the first half of the story. The characters have been set and this time you will also get to see Zoya’s back story. But the first half is quite loose. There are less punches and more time is spent on action. The first half has become quite boring, and the interval point is also not something that surprises.

The situation changed with the entry of Shahrukh Khan
Both the speed and thrilling points of the story have been kept for the second half. When Salman Khan gets into trouble, Shahrukh Khan enters the film, which is quite entertaining. Shahrukh’s entry is the highest point of the film. The action is good, but it is nothing that has not been seen before and this also makes the film tiring. Talking about the story, it is no different from Yash Raj’s previous spy drama. Many things have been shown ‘beyond logic’ in the name of spy mission. ‘Tiger 3’ has come after ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, but the amount of work that should have been done on the story has not been done at all. Along with Katrina’s tremendous fighting and Salman Khan’s swag, this time ‘Pathan’ Shahrukh also comes in the film, yet director Manish Sharma has not done any work on the looseness of the story. The first film was directed by Kabir Khan and the second film was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and complete attention was paid to the story in the plot of both the films.

Katrina Kaif dominates with tremendous action
The high points of the film are Shahrukh Khan’s entry and Katrina’s tremendous action. Also, the acting of all the actors. Salman Khan has also done a lot of action, but there is less new style in Bhaijaan’s action. However, no one can show swag like Salman on screen. There are a lot of action and chase sequences in the film and if you like action films, then you will like all this. The film becomes weak because as a villain, Emraan Hashmi has not been able to create that fear on screen, due to which agents of two countries get involved in the work. Also, this time in the story, Pakistan is in danger, so the audience does not have the same excitement that one feels when saving one’s country.

‘Tiger 3’ is no better than its prequels
‘Tiger 3’ has proved to be looser than its first two films. Although there are elements of spy thriller in it, but if a little work was done on the story, it could have proved to be a better film. From my side, this film is 2.5 stars, but I would like to give half a star more for the entry of Shahrukh Khan alone. This film is 3 stars from our side.
