Baburam Bhil, a resident of Mithora village of Balotra, had a death certificate and after that he tried hard to get it corrected but when he got tired of trying, he chose a different path.
He took such a step to prove himself alive
To prove himself alive in the eyes of the law, he committed such crimes that brought him in the public eye. After spreading terror with knives and carrying a petrol bottle in his hand in the Chuli Bera Dharana School of Balotra district a few days ago and attacking two teachers and a parent with deadly weapons, Baburam Bhil is now in the news across the state and has proved that ‘we are still alive’.

The accused who entered the school and stabbed the teachers has made a shocking revelation during police interrogation. During interrogation, he told that he had received information that his death certificate had been made and he thought that his property would be usurped. He had planned to enter the school and attack to give proof of his being alive. He told that he repeatedly did such acts so that the police would arrest him and he could give proof of being alive in the government records.

According to Balotra Superintendent of Police Kundan Kanwaria, on 19 July, information was received in the afternoon that a youth had taken a petrol can and a knife and held the students and teachers hostage in Government Higher Primary School, Chuli Bera, Dharana. The police reached the spot and arrested the accused Baburam. Acting headmaster Hardayal and teacher Suresh Kumar were seriously injured in the knife attack. They were referred to Jodhpur after first aid. When the police interrogated the accused Baburam psychologically, he made many shocking revelations. Anyway, the police is busy investigating the whole case.
