Arpit Badkul/Damoh-Finally the Damoh district administration of Madhya Pradesh has come to the realization of improving the standard of education in government schools. The reason behind this is believed to be that cases of paper leaks have come to light in the last two years. After this, the district administration has suspended more than two dozen teachers. Therefore, now Damoh Collector Sudhir Kochhar is engaged in the campaign to improve the education system of government schools of the district. He is visiting schools and is also seen taking classes for children.
In this sequence, Damoh Collector Sudhir Kochhar reached three different schools of Patharia area. DM was seen in the role of a teacher in Maharani Lakshmibai School. The special thing about this campaign of DM is that he is reaching the school without informing anyone. After reaching the classroom, he picks up the children’s book and starts teaching. There are a lot of discussions going on in the district regarding this campaign of DM.
DM sir taught Hindi translation to children
On Thursday i.e. 9th May, DM was at MLB School, where he was seen teaching girl students in a class. During this, the DM wrote a line in English on the black board Do you love yourself and your family? If ,yes then stay away from drugs Likhi. After this the DM asked the children to translate this sentence into Hindi. One by one some girl students stood up, but when no one gave the correct answer, the DM explained its meaning. He said, do you love yourself and your family? If yes then stay away from drugs. The DM left the class after advising the children to stay away from drugs.
13 teachers were suspended
DM Sudhir Kochhar told the Education Department employees in a strict tone that it would not be right if irregularities were found in any government schools during my voluntary inspection. By the way, till now about 13 teachers have been suspended. For information, let us tell you that Damoh district is at the last position regarding the recently released MP Board class 10th and 12th exam results.
Only 17 children out of 272 could pass
The schools whose children’s exam result was once 90 to 95%. Their result this year is less than 10%. This happened because these were those examination centers which were infamous for cheating. In which only 7 out of 278 students passed in class 10th and only 17 out of 272 students passed in class 12th at Banwar examination centre. Whereas in High School Khamaria Tendukheda, 4 out of 53 children and in Pauri Mangarh only 1 child out of 38 have passed. This year Selwara High School was not made the examination centre. Because, here last year, the entire team of about a dozen teachers had solved the paper leak case of many subjects. The future of the children here is still wandering in darkness.
