Traffic police constable Rishipal, resident of Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, told that he was posted in PAC. Was admitted in the year 1991. He took traffic police training. Got posted in Agra 6 months ago. His brother Sandeep had died in an accident two years ago. He was not wearing a helmet. The pain of brother’s death is still in his heart. Then he thought that he would make people aware.

When people stop vehicles at red lights, they see people who are not wearing helmets, traveling at high speed, seat belts not on, three riders riding on a bike.
