Tragic road accident in Karnataka, traveler car collides with a lorry parked on the highway, 13 people died


Karnataka Accident: A tragic road accident took place in Karnataka on Friday (28 June). 13 people died in a road accident on the Pune-Bengaluru National Highway in Haveri district of the state. This accident happened near Gundenhalli Cross in Bagdi taluk of the district. A child is also among the 13 people who lost their lives in this road accident. The people injured in the accident on the National Highway have been admitted to the hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.

This road accident happened when the Tempo Traveller was passing through Pune-Bengaluru National Highway. It hit a parked lorry from behind. The collision was so severe that the front part of the Traveller was completely shattered. The bodies of the people sitting in the front were badly stuck to the Traveller. Pictures of the incident have also surfaced, in which the rescue team can be seen removing the Traveller. The Traveller has suffered a lot of damage in this accident.

Fire department and police did the rescue operation

As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police as well as the fire department team reached the spot and the rescue operation was started. The firemen have taken out the dead bodies from inside the traveler. A child has also lost his life in this accident. The people injured in the accident were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital through ambulance, where they are undergoing treatment. In the video that surfaced after the incident, police and firemen are seen at the spot.
