Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt also live in this area. The new bungalow is spread over a land area of 2226 square feet and consists of a ground-plus-two storey construction.

According to another report by IndexTap, Tripti has bought this new house for Rs 14 crore. Apart from this, the actress has also paid an additional payment of Rs 70 lakh for stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fee. Tripti finalized this deal on June 3, 2024.
