Learned to make momo in Nepal
After reaching Trishay Momo House located at the garbage dump of the city, we met Shobhit Gupta. Shobhit tells that his father started Momo business from the year 2008. Earlier his father Mahesh Gupta used to run a hotel at this place. Due to non-operation of hotels, his father learned to make momos while working in Bhairahawa, Nepal.
