Today we are going to tell you about two such recipes, if you make them and put them in your children’s tiffin, they will get energy and they will like this dish so much that they will lick their fingers along with eating it.

The first recipe is semolina poha dosa, this dish is prepared in 5 minutes and can be easily prepared using the ingredients available in the house. The second recipe is multigrain cupcake, the name itself makes it look like a very tasty dish. This too is prepared in 5 minutes. You can send both these dishes to your children in their tiffin and send them to school.

Food blogger Sarita Dhaka told that to make semolina-poha-dosa, you need 1/2 cup semolina, 1/2 cup poha, 1/2 cup curd, 1 teaspoon baking soda, salt as per taste. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare it.

Before making semolina-poha-dosa, wash the poha thoroughly with water 2-3 times. Then put semolina, poha, curd and 1/4 cup water in the mixer jar and grind it. After this, take it out in a bowl, add salt and baking soda and mix. Heat a non-stick pan on high flame and add ghee and one spoon of grinded masala without oil. It will spread automatically. Then reduce the flame of the gas and fry it for 3-4 minutes till the upper layer dries and take it out in a plate. You can fry it from one side only. Pack it in a tiffin with coconut or tomato chutney.

How to make Multigrain Cupcakes
Food blogger Sarita Dhaka told that making multigrain cupcakes also takes five minutes. To make this, one cup multigrain flour (ragi, millet, maize, sorghum, chickpea mix), 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 2 pinches of baking soda, half a cup of milk is required.

To make multigrain cupcakes, first mash the banana and make it juicy. Add multigrain flour to it. Then prepare the mixture by adding sugar, butter, baking powder, soda and milk. Make a smooth mixture, add chocolate chips to it, pour the mixture into a silicone mold. Cook the molds in a microwave at 160 degrees centigrade for 5 minutes, take them out and check with a toothpick, cool and demould. Decorate with chocolate syrup and colorful sprinklers and pack in a tiffin.
