Truecaller New Features in India: Truecaller recently introduced call recording and Artificial Intelligence (AI) transcription features in India, which is available for both Android and iOS users. This is the first time in India, but before this this feature has been launched in the US in June 2023. If we talk about the features of this feature, then AI powered call recording feature will work for both incoming and outgoing calling. For now, it is only for premium users.
During an announcement, Truecaller said that this feature will give a different experience to the users, in which users can record calls directly even without the app. It also has an advanced cloud based recording feature, which will be able to transcribe the voice only during calling. Apart from this, you will also be able to do clear audio quality and recording. This feature is currently available to users in Hindi and English. However, other languages will also be added to it in the next few times.
How does it work in Android and iOS
Premium users will have to pay Rs 75 every month for this feature, while if we talk about yearly subscription, its price will be Rs 529. This feature works differently in iOS and Android phones. Talking about iPhone, it is very careful about third party call recording. In this phone, Truecaller users will have to go to the search page and tap on the ‘Record a Call’ button, after which users can use it as per their wish.
This process is quite simple in Android phones. In this you will get the facility of a recording button, in which you can start and stop the recording by pressing the button, users can easily listen to these recordings again and again, change their name and can also delete them. Along with this, you can also share it with other apps.
