According to this order, now the US has banned the ICC officials and their family. Along with this, he has also been banned, who was cooperating in the investigation of the International Criminal Court.

Trump signed this order at the same time when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was on a visit to America. Let us know that in the year 2024, the International Criminal Court considered Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a war criminal and issued an arrest warrant against him.

The order states that the International Criminal Court was engaged in the baseless actions of alleged war crimes by the Israeli soldiers in American and Gaza in Afghanistan, so this decision has been taken.

Trump also banned in his first term

Even when Trump became the President of America for the first time, he imposed a ban on ICC. During his first term in 2020, he imposed financial and visa ban on the then Prosicutor of ICC, Fatau Bansauda and other senior officers and employees.

Action taken on UNHRC

Trump also took a big decision on UNHRC a few days ago. He announced that the US will no longer participate in the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) meeting. Apart from this, Donald Trump has also banned the funding of United Nations Relief and Working Agency (UNRWA), the United Nations agency, which helped Palestine.
