Sheezan Khan On Tunisha Sharma Case: The suicide case of Tunisha Sharma, the lead actress of the TV show ‘Ali Baba: Dastan-e-Kabul’, is in constant headlines. In this case, serious allegations have been leveled against the co-actor and ex-boyfriend of the late actress, Sheezan Khan. Recently, on January 13, the court has rejected the bail plea of Sheejan Khan. Meanwhile, Sheejan Khan’s lawyer has added an angle of religion in the defense of the actor.
The lawyer raised many questions
Sheejan Khan, on behalf of his lawyer Shailendra Mishra, has now claimed that the actor was arrested only because of his religion. Sheejan’s lawyer, Shailendra Mishra has made several serious allegations against Tunisha Sharma in the Palghar court. He has presented an explanation in the matter saying that the actor was implicated.
Sheejan’s lawyer has argued that Tunisha was allegedly in contact with a man named Ali through a dating app and was with Ali between 21 and 23 December. Mishra, on behalf of his client, said, “In the last 15 minutes he spoke to Ali on video call. That’s why Ali was in touch and not me (Sheejan).”

The lawyer also claimed that Tunisha had shared her suicide planning with her co-actor Parth and showed him the rope with which she was about to kill herself. Then when Sheejan heard Tunisha’s words, she asked the actress’s family to take care of her (Tunisha).

Sheezaan’s lawyer also claimed that even after the breakup, good relations remained between Sheezaan and Tunisha and the two continued to shoot together. The lawyer, appearing for Sheezan, said, “Another allegation is that I was forcing her to speak Urdu, whereas I myself do not know Urdu. I learn my lines as per the director’s demand. My sisters are also not Urdu. Knows.”
Arrested for being a Muslim
Also, Tunisha’s hijab pictures were also a part of the show and shooting. The actress wore this getup for her role as Mariam. Sheejan said, “I have been arrested only because of my religion. They have made it a love jihad angle. They could have interrogated me for two days straight, and the truth would come out. There was no reason to arrest me. If I Had I not been a Muslim, this would not have happened.”
Mishra also told the Palghar court that a criminal section has been invoked, though there is no evidence against Sheejan. He said, “They should first decide whether it is suicide or something else. I have placed all the facts in this matter before the court. The court will decide.”
