Turbo Box Office Collection Day 5: Mammootty’s Malayalam film ‘Turbo’ is making a huge collection at the box office. The audience is liking the film a lot and it is also earning a lot at the box office. ‘Turbo’ was released in theatres on 23 May and in just 5 days the collection of the film has crossed 20 crores.
If we look at the figures of Sakcinlk, ‘Turbo’ opened with 6.25 crores on the first day. On the second day, the film earned 3.7 crores and on the third day, the film’s collection was 4.05 crores. On the fourth day also, ‘Turbo’ did a business of 4.35 crores. Now the initial figures of the fifth day have come out, according to which the film has earned 1.24 crores till now.
Malayalam film is beating Hindi films
Mammootty starrer ‘Turbo’ has earned a total of Rs 19.59 crore at the domestic box office so far. The film is beating many Hindi films in terms of collection, including Manoj Bajpayee’s ‘Bhaiya Ji’ and Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Srikant’. In the Monday collection too, while ‘Turbo’ has collected Rs 1.24 crore, ‘Bhaiya Ji’ has earned only Rs 49 lakh and ‘Srikant’ has earned only Rs 44 lakh.
‘Turbo’ could not break the record of ‘Bheeshma Parvam’
‘Turbo’ broke the record of Mammootty’s hit film ‘Bheeshma Parvam’ in its first day collection. However, ‘Turbo’ has not been able to beat ‘Bheeshma Parvam’ in the collection of 5 days. While ‘Turbo’ has earned Rs 19.59 crores till now, ‘Bheeshma Parvam’ has earned Rs 24.59 crores.

Mammootty is in the lead role in the film ‘Turbo’ directed by Vyasakh. Mammootty himself has produced the film. Sunil Verma, Anjana Jayaprakash, Kabir Duhan Singh and Raj B Shetty are also a part of the film.
