Actually Hansel sisters Abby and Brittany are related. They are different from the torso down and have two heads. Both sisters became famous in the world when they appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s show in 1996. Josh says that all three like to go hiking and eat ice cream. He also has an 8 year old girl from before his marriage who is a part of his family.
After Abby and Brittany were born, their mother, Patty, and their father, Mike, had to decide whether to separate them, but due to the risks of the potentially complicated surgery, they decided not to do so. Both of them say that they never thought of separation and they are happy that their parents did not separate them.
