CM Yogi celebrated Holi

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath celebrated Holi at Gorakhnath temple in Gorakhpur. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also participated in the ‘Holi of Flowers’ at Gorakhnath Temple. During this, CM Yogi said that ‘For the past several days, followers of Sanatan Dharma across the country have been taking their 1000 years of heritage to new heights of joy and enthusiasm through festivals like Holi and taking part in this festival.
They express gratitude towards their heritage. On this occasion, through this Shobha Yatra, we give the message of establishing a prosperous society by connecting people of every section of the society with our enthusiasm. Sanatan Dharma believes in ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’.
Let us tell you that the Narasimha procession that takes place in Gorakhpur on the day of Holi is an example of mutual harmony. Devotees play Holi enthusiastically during this journey. Holi songs resonate. Black and green colors are not used. Holi is played only with red and yellow colours. The credit for this goes to Nanaji Deshmukh.
