According to the meteorological report, on Monday, Noida district recorded a maximum temperature of 35.8 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 16.3 degrees Celsius. Due to strong sunlight since morning, people were forced to lurk in the houses. However, there is a slight coolness feeling at night, but the scorching sun has increased people’s problems during the day.

According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature may increase further in the coming days. On March 26, the minimum temperature is likely to be 18 degrees and the maximum temperature is 38 degrees Celsius. On March 27, the maximum temperature with sharp superficial winds can reach 37 degrees. On 28, 29 and 30 March, summer is expected to be faster in the day. On 30 and 31 March, it is expected to be partially cloudy, but the hope of getting relief from the heat is less.

Precautions to avoid heat

In view of the increasing heat outbreak, the administration has started vigilance. Temperature display boards will be installed in highly crowded areas, so that people can get the temperature information and take necessary precautions to avoid heat.

On Monday, a meeting of District Task Force was held at Noida Haat under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Vidyanath Shukla. In the meeting, Malaria Officer Shruti Kirti Verma said that the communicable disease control and knock campaign will be started from April 1. Under this, a provision of pure drinking water and shelter will be ensured. Preparations have also been started to install temperature display boards.

According to experts, people should take some important precautions to avoid excessive heat. In which use an umbrella, hat or pot before coming out in the sun. Wear light colored cotton clothes, so that the heat feels less. Eat plenty of water and fluids. Avoid consuming caffeine and alcohol, as it can reduce the body.
