Employees honored for purchasing wheat in Moradabad

Moradabad division and district are again at number one in the state in terms of wheat procurement. Wheat procurement in Moradabad division has been 28.35 percent i.e. 1 lakh 14 thousand 817 metric tons. At second place, Chitrakoot Mandal has purchased 27.61 percent. Three districts of Moradabad division, Rampur, Moradabad and Sambhal are the eight highest wheat purchasing districts of the state.
Moradabad district is in first place in terms of wheat procurement as compared to the target. Moradabad has so far procured 33820.92 metric tons from 4171 farmers as compared to the target of 76000 metric tons. Moradabad has achieved 44.50 percent of the target. Also, 97.87 percent of wheat has been paid to 4065 farmers.
Hamirpur district is at second place in the state. 42.79 percent wheat purchase has been done in this district. The credit for the increase in wheat purchase is being given to Divisional Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh and DM Moradabad Manvendra Singh. Even before this, Moradabad division and district had secured the first position.
Divisional Commissioner honoured four people
Divisional Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh has honored four people including the in-charge of the purchasing center which tops in wheat procurement. Told that due to the efforts of the employees, Moradabad division has achieved first position in the state. Moradabad district also occupies the first position.
Divisional Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh honored the wheat purchasing center in-charges who made the maximum purchases on a weekly basis by giving them a shield worth Rs. 2500 along with a certificate in the Divisional Auditorium. These include Moradabad’s marketing inspector Vipin Srivastava, Sheikh Iftekhar Ali, Rampur district’s junior assistant Danish Ali, Food Corporation of India’s TA Pawan Kumar.
On this occasion, Divisional Food Controller Manoj Kumar, ADM Administration Gulab Chandra, District Food Marketing Officer of Moradabad Rajeshwar Pratap Singh, QC Manager Chandra Bhushan Singh, Food Corporation Manager Pankaj Rana, Inspector Raghavendra Singh, Sachin Kumar Sharma, Pradeep Kumar, Kuldeep Kumar, Tarun Malik were present.
